1. Please complete the attached standing order declaration and return it to Karl Glendenning.

 

2. £1 will be debited from your account on the first working day of each week starting on the 14th April 2008, or on the first working day available after the form is received and subsequently on the first working day of each week.

 

3. The prize draw will be conducted at Wollaton CC by random number generator on each Friday evening at approximately 8pm. Prize winners will be notified on the Wollaton CC website and paid within one week of the draw by cheque or online transfer.

 

4. If at any time you would like to leave the “200 Club”, please let the promoter know in writing, addressed to Karl Glendenning.
